My interests generally lie in geometric topology and hyperbolic geometry. I like surfaces in hyperbolic 3-manifolds and am trying to understand their geometry and how things like stable commutator length relate to various mysterious facets of hyperbolic 3-manifold topology (homological torsion, taut foliations...). I am also interested in practical and theoretical aspects of computational topology.  Feel free to hit me up over email me about any of these things.
